In the case of State of Washington vs. M.H., 6 counts of felony identity theft were dismissed with prejudice. Mr. Hoover, the lead attorney on the case, and his staff, worked diligently to prove to the government that there was an enormous lack of evidence for the state to proceed with the felony charges. After four long months of litigation, all charges were dismissed with prejudice. The defendant was not a U.S. citizen which meant that no immigration removal proceedings occurred as a result of this case.

My case was similar. This law firm did a great job for me. Excellent work. They did what they said they would do.
Good job for these.
